Australian men face a unique set of challenges.

The impact of social isolation due to the coronavirus is large.

For many men, their sense of purpose is under question.

Some face a perceived loss of identity due to redundancy or restructures at work.

Others are navigating family issues which leave them drained and confused.

Now, more than ever, need new ways to live with difficulties and fine-tune their goals.

Men’s health consultant Greg Millan is offering an online Zoom program with these challenges in mind.

In the workshops, he will look at the changes men need to make and practical ways to find support.

Called New Male, the sessions are focused on ‘maintaining meaning for men’ .

Greg provides a safe space to spend time with like-minded men.

And he helps define what it means to be a man today.

Participants will learn new skills to help them plan for a more meaningful, happy and fulfilled life.

The workshop is repeated twice on the following dates:

Saturday July 18 10.00 am – 1.00 pm | Saturday August 22 10.00 am – 1.00 pm

The cost of $30 includes resources, and follow-up if required.
