We offer personalised support for people living with dementia, their families, and carers. The Cottage in Rushcutters Bay, is our dedicated dementia day centre. It provides a safe, secure and friendly environment. Here, clients can find a sense of belonging and social connection.

Are you a carer? Do you need a regular break to run your errands or simply enjoy some rest? Our Flexible Respite Care Service is for you. We can provide both you and the person you care for with a refreshing break. We offer support for frail aged persons and people with a dementia diagnosis.

To be well we need to eat well. And we have a service dedicated to helping people do just that. Our staff and volunteers are at the shops and on the road five days a week to make sure our clients’ kitchens are well-stocked. We offer a range of services to help make shopping and cooking easier.

Can we help with your loved one’s Home Care Package? South Eastern Community Connect is an approved home care service provider, regulated by the Australian government. Our aim is to help seniors continue living safely and independently at home for as long as they want to – and are able to – with our support.

Would you like support with shopping, banking, bill-paying, or medical appointments? Or would you like someone to visit you regularly just for some company? Our staff and volunteers offer individual assistance for the frail aged and their carers to support their independence and wellbeing.
