JP SERVICES

Justices of the Peace (JPs) are volunteers appointed by the Governor of New South Wales.

The primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.

JPs come from all sections of the community and are available across NSW.

We offer a JP service by appointment only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11am and 12pm at The SECC Head Office, 21 Vernon Ave, Eastlakes. Tel: (02) 8338 8506
We also offer a drop-in JP service on Fridays between 10am and 11.30am at The SECC Hub, 1007 Botany Rd, Mascot. Tel: (02) 7903 0607. However, please note this service will not be available between 26 April 2024 and 17 May 2024 as our volunteer JP, Kevin, will be away.
