JP SERVICES
Justice of the Peace (JP) Services
Justices of the Peace (JPs) are volunteers appointed by the Governor of New South Wales.
The primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.
JPs come from all sections of the community and are available across NSW.
We offer JP services in two locations:
- By appointment only on Wednesdays between 11am and 12pm at the SECC Head Office – 21 Vernon Ave, Eastlakes.

*May 2026: The Drop-In JP service at The Hub will not be available throughout the month of May. The normal schedule of Mondays and Fridays will resume on 1st June 2026.
