South Eastern Community Connect is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the community for close to 50 years.
Hundreds of people access our friendly community centre every weekday. You can find our thriving Hub at 1007 Botany Rd, Mascot.
We also run a supportive day centre for people living with dementia in Sydney’s Darling Point.
All our services are aimed at reducing isolation and equipping people with skills for life.

We care about older people in the community and provide group outings, community transport, and shopping assistance.
We offer dynamic programs for people of all ages to connect, grow together, and support the community of South East Sydney.
Our services for families include Supported Playgroups, the Mascot Toy Library, Out of School Hours Care, and wellbeing programs.
We support the wellbeing of young people in the community. We assist with their immediate needs while helping them plan their future.
