Privacy Policy

Community members trust SECC with information about themselves, their families and their lives. We take that trust seriously.

These policies explain how SECC collects, uses, stores and protects personal information, including sensitive and health information. They also explain the steps we take to keep our systems and information secure, and what we do if something goes wrong.

Our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy sets out how we manage personal information throughout its lifecycle, including how people can access or correct their information and how we respond to privacy concerns or breaches.

Our Cyber Security Policy sets out how we protect SECC’s information, systems and services from unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disruption. Cyber security is everyone’s responsibility at SECC, and the policy outlines the responsibilities of our staff, volunteers, contractors, suppliers and leadership.
