Today is International Day of Older Persons, and at South Eastern Community Connect we actively advocate for the rights of older people.

We also provide a wide range of services to older people and their families.
These include: Flexible Respite Care, Social Support, Community Transport, food services and shopping, Home Care Packages and a dedicated centre for people living with dementia.
