Life can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes, can’t it?

Like hamsters on a wheel, sometimes we don’t quite know how to slow down.

But there are ways to slow down.

And one of the best ways is to get involved in your community and do some gentle exercise.

South Eastern Community Connect runs a Meditation & Walking group every Tuesday morning.

Why not come along and get to know others in your community and clear your head as you walk and reflect?

The group will consist of a combination of mindfulness and walking (45 minutes each).

We’ll begin with some light stretching and mindfulness techniques before going on a 20-30 minute walk around the neighbourhood.

We will return to the Community Hub, and you’ll have the opportunity to sit down for a coffee and chat at the end.
