Do you want to learn to dance, Bollywood-style? Do you want to move more, and connect with others?

Join our dance program for an hour filled with so much fun & laughter you won’t even realise the workout you’ve squeezed in.

Exploring the vibrancy of Bollywood, each session will be filled with opportunities to tune into your body, finding rhythm. We we will also learn a short choreographed dance.

This is a program accommodating for everyone – yes, even those with two left feet.

By the end of the term, you will be ready to perform for your loved ones wherever you go!
