Learn to use the simple tools of breath and movement to help manage stress, calm your mind and improve your mental and physical well-being under the guidance of a qualified yoga teacher.
This yoga course is part of South Eastern Community Connect’s community well-being program and is open to all members of our community. We encourage especially those living with depression or anxiety to give this course a try.
This is a FREE yoga course, but bookings are essential. Mats can be provided – please let us know at your time of booking.
