More Australians are now claiming the Federal Government’s COVID-19 Disaster Payment as the crisis continues.
Australians who’ve lost more than 20 hours of work are receiving a maximum disaster payment of $750.
Those who lose between eight and 20 hours receive a maximum payment of $450.
Some Australians receiving welfare payments are also able to claim payments of $200.
