2. Care Management
Services Australia deducts 10% of your quarterly ongoing Services Budget and allocated to our care management account. Our Care Management fees are set out below (fees will be charged in 15-minute increments, with a minimum in-home service duration of one hour.

*Note: Additional case management, would include extra support utilising skills from a clinical case manager that would not usually be covered under the Support at Home program.

*Note: a 10% administration (loading) fee will apply to all outsourced services and third-party purchases arranged on your behalf using Support at Home funding.
Cancellations: At least 24-hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.
