Support at Home Product and Price Guide
As of 1st November 2025
This increase will be dependent on whether the Government will proceed with The Aged Care Act 2024 (Aged Care Act), due to commence on 1 November 2025. This establishes an entirely new framework for the regulation of Australian Government-funded aged care.
1. In Home & Community Support

2. Package Management & Care Management
At SECC our Case Managers are dedicated to working closely to tailor your package to suit your needs. We have no surprise costs or additional fees.

3. Nursing & Allied Health Services

| Additional case management | $120.00 per hour billed at 15 minute block |
Note: Additional case management, would include extra support utilising skills from a clinical case manager that would not usually be covered under the Support at Home program.
4. Transport & Social Groups

Cancellations: At least 24-hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.
