Course Description

Enjoy connecting and creating with our eight-week eco art journey.

Our programs are designed for people from all walks of life, whether you’re living alone or raising a family. As part of our online programming, we’re offering you a meaningful creative outlet which involves both art, community and nature – the Eco Art Journey. 

Based within a framework of art therapy, the journey is all about discovering personal tools and growing awareness through creative art processes that are connected to natural settings. 

This program is set up to EMPOWER you will learn the tools to explore personal issues, ENCOURAGE healthy social connection and ENJOY creative art expression. 

This immersive and experiential program includes:

  • A chance to craft and complete art processes in your own time and in your own space (a natural setting of your choice) – Weekly pre-recorded content describing a theme and art process via videos and text is delivered online.
  • An opportunity for social connection and live art process – Weekly group video calls for 1hr engaging in a creative activity, grounding meditation practice, and personal sharing with the group.
  • Share your experience and receive support within an online group forum, or you can contact the facilitator via email and phone for extra support.
  • Basic art materials supplied.

When

Starting on Monday 7th February, with weekly content delivered on Mondays.

Expected time commitments each week

  • About  5-10 minutes, to review the instructional video (in your own time)
  • About 30 minutes, to complete the art process including reflections (in your own time)
  • About 45 minutes, to join and participate in the group call (on Wednesdays at 5pm)

Payment options

$10 including a pack of basic art materials.

Please note

The art pack must be picked up personally at your own cost from 1007 Botany Rd, Mascot during dates organised by the facilitator. Please also note we are only able to accept families for this group who live in the Bayside, Randwick, City of Sydney, Woollahra and Waverley LGAs.
