Transport and Social Groups Price Guide for CHSP Clients
As of 1st March 2026
The prices outlined below are the subsidised client contribution rates applicable to these services.

| Transport to medical appointments or individual transport | $15 one way and $30 return |
| Social Support Group – Bus Trip | $10 local and $15 long distance* |
| Social Support Individual | $12.50 per hour (2 hours minimum) |
| Flexible Respite (Personal Care & Domestic Assistance) | $12.50 per hour (2 hours minimum) |
| The Cottage – Dementia Day Centre | $80 per day |
*Please note that any meals and other purchases such as tickets to shows are at an additional cost to the client.
Cancellations: At least 24-hours’ notice must be given for all cancellations; otherwise, cancellation fee will apply.
