Park Fitness classes in Eastlakes

Well, you’re in luck.
We run a FREE Park Fitness program for the community on Mondays (4pm) and Thursdays (5.15pm).
The classes are run by a highly experienced personal trainer at Eastlakes Reserve.
He’ll teach you to use the park equipment and take you through a range of exercises each week to achieve the best possible results for you and your body.
