We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Community Transport Manager to lead our team in Eastlakes, Sydney.
As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of our Community Transport Services, ensuring residents in South East Sydney have access to safe and reliable transportation.
About the role

Lead the development and delivery of Community Transport Services

Manage a team of direct reports and collaborate with stakeholders

Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and funding agreements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Service uptake and client growth

Client feedback and satisfaction

Database maintenance and record-keeping
-
Compliance with regulatory requirements
What SECC is looking for

Experience in transport management and coordination, ideally in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of community development and capacity building

Passion for making a difference in the community

Familiarity with Routematch software (or similar transport management systems) is highly desirable
