We need essentials for locals
Our Community Hub at Mascot is constantly in need of more supplies.
Sara*, an Eastlakes resident, came into our office asking for grocery support.
She has a four-month-old and a three-year-old and is finding it hard to put food on the table.
The rising costs of living have left her depleted.
She just needed a few grocery items to get her through the week. She struggles to buy even the basics such as Children’s Panadol, and she’s too embarrassed to ask friends for a hand-up.
That’s where South Eastern Community Connect comes in.
We run a Community Hub at Mascot which provides essentials for people like Sara, but we’re constantly in need of more supplies.
Even just a small donation makes a big difference.
It will mean we can provide more meals and more essentials to clients and community members experiencing food insecurity.
