Take a moment to notice the sensations in your body. Do you feel sore, or is there tightness across your body?

So many of us suffer from physical tension.
Maybe you’re sitting in a office all day, working out at the gym, or just running from one responsibility to another.
These yoga-inspired sessions will help you to stretch confidently.
You will also build your knowledge so you can continue doing the things we love without so much stress on your body.
This is a chance for you to nurture your physical and mental health, and take home with you practices that you can continue wherever you go in life.
