Ever considered the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness (meditation) and walking combined?
Research has proven the benefits are endless.
That’s why South Eastern Community Connect is running a Meditation & Walking group for the community every Tuesday morning.
Why not come along and get to know others in your community and clear your head as you walk and reflect?
* Mums and bubs welcome!
The group consists of a combination of mindfulness and walking. We begin with some light stretching and mindfulness techniques before going on a 20-30 minute walk around the neighbourhood. We return to the Community Hub, and you have the opportunity to sit down for a coffee and chat at the end.
